Crazy things happen in Eureka, and Henry is always on hand to help Carter figure out why things are blowing up.
And he’s always happy to explain to Jack, in plain English, what’s happening.
And over the years, a mutual respect and a deep friendship has grown.
I’m so sad about Eureka being canceled. My husband and I have watched it since the pilot and it’s always been a favorite.
As sad as I am, I can’t say I’m surprised. We’ve been afraid of a cancellation for a while now. The scheduling is all jacked up. You’ll be watching the fifth episode of the season and suddenly see a teaser for the next week’s season finale. Then the show goes off the air and you have no idea when it’s coming back. And by the time it does, you can’t remember what the hell is going on. As Wil Wheaton points out in his blog comments, that kind of scheduling makes it hard for an audience to get invested and feel at home with a show.
